Collège de Paris - 30.03.20

Pedagogical continuity: the Collège de Paris is mobilizing.

Dear Students, Dear Trainer, Dear Tutor,

From day one, Collège de Paris and its schools have followed a clear line: we apply the measures recommended by the Ministry of Health and, where applicable, the Ministry of Higher Education.

Faithful to this line, from Monday morning, we will be using the Zoom and Teams applications for all our distance learning programmes, as we have prepared for.

This means that the courses are maintained and that students will have to connect remotely during the training periods. At this stage, teachers are expected on site. The practical details will be communicated by the Site Managers or the Pedagogical Managers.

Our two priorities are :

> to act with civic-mindedness, to protect the whole educational community and contribute, at our level, to the general mobilization;

> to ensure the continuity of our missions of formation and accompaniment.

I am counting on each one of you to ensure that these measures are put in place with serenity and efficiency.

All the permanent teams are mobilized at your service and can be reached on the sites. We expect students to follow the distance learning courses and exercises seriously and assiduously. In each school, the first point of contact for any questions is the Site Manager.

I am personally committed to minimizing the consequences for our students, our teams and our partners during this health crisis. I have confidence in our collective ability to ensure the success of the current year under the best possible conditions.

Yours faithfully

Olivier de Lagarde,
President of the Collège de Paris.
