Thierry Marx College offers professional training for the chefs of tomorrow with an original curriculum. It offers them the possibility of practicing a more equitable cooking, to support the short circuits, or, to tend towards a zero waste approach.
Training the leaders of tomorrow
In association with the Collège de Paris, the school offers an innovative training program in the restaurant sector, focused on professional integration and social promotion.
The 6 campuses, mostly located in the heart of rural areas, allow local farmers and producers to be at the center of the educational focus of the bachelor’s degrees offered. This is also the foundation of Chef Thierry Marx’s values, values that enable the chefs of tomorrow to become responsible entrepreneurs in the restaurant industry.
