Ascencia obtains its OPQF certificate

On Tuesday, May 15, 2018, Pierre Pariente, President of the ISQ, presented their OPQF qualification certificates to the 4 Île de France sites of Ascencia Business School.

The 4 sites are qualified in the “Trade, sales” and “Business and support functions of the company” specialties.

OPQF certification attests to the competence and professionalism of a training organization as a legal entity. It is awarded on the basis of objective criteria that make it possible to verify the sustainability of financial, human and material resources, the ability to design, implement and evaluate training initiatives, compliance with regulations and customer satisfaction.

The presentation of the OPQF qualification certificates crowns the efforts of the Pedagogical Managers concerned by the certification, orchestrated by Elise Perriot, Project Manager, VAE and Alumni, and supported by Olivier de Lagarde, President of the Collège de Paris, with the participation of the members of the governance of Ascencia Business School, Aldric Boulangé, General Manager, Fabrice Vigreux, Strategic Development, Sabrina Baranton, Academic Affairs, Ridouan Abagri, Innovation, Camille Lheureux, Administration and Finance.

About the OPQF :

ISQ, a non-profit-making association under the 1901 law, is the qualification body for companies providing intellectual services, created in 1979.

The Office Professionnel de Qualification des Organismes de Formation (OPQF), created with the Ministry of Labour and the support of the employer side of the vocational training branch, has been accredited by COFRAC since the end of 2010. It offers a quality certificate to training organisations and, since 2018, to apprenticeship training centres (CFA).

To date, the 2000 OPQF certified training centres represent nearly 30% of the organizations holding a certificate registered by the CNEFOP. This figure is even more important if we consider that the others certified are distributed among 51 certifiers. Representing all statutes, all sizes, all types and modalities of training, the combined turnover of certified OPQFs is around 3 billion euros, or 23% of the total amount of the continuing vocational training market in France.
