Inaugural school year for Luxury Food & Wine Masters Course in 2014

A major innovation in the domain of gastronomy and wines, the first Masters programme in French or English, active in a high-growth sector, will roll out in September 2014, bringing together basic courses and workshops or field trips.

A French excellence program, the “Luxury Food & Wine” Masters focuses on French art de vivre and culture. It provides students with a unique understanding of the economy, marketing and management of the sector, through case studies in the company of the finest professionals in the field; included are exceptional tours to regional producers, as well as culinary and wine culture experience.

This type of training will be a stepping stone for future managers to international corporations.

An auspicious sign for the new program: the Management de la Gastronomie Masters has won the 2014 Prix de l’Innovation, awarded by Eduniversal, as part of the top Masters, MS and MBAs rankings.

Classes are held in the heart of Paris on a Collège de Paris campus, where fashion, luxury and the French language are taught; with 2000 students, 50% of them international, the Collège is a veritable breeding ground for talent.
