Chocolate workshop for Elfe students

As part of their Ms Luxury Food and Wine Management, our students participated in a day of excursion around the chocolate.

Valentine Tibère, chocolatologist, nose, chronicler and speaker specialized in chocolate, offered them an original approach. Through the prism of the oenologist and the chronicler, they were able to discover the new trends of chocolate and learn to taste it with the same precision as a wine.

During the afternoon, the group went to meet two specialized houses: Chapon and Un dimanche à Paris. They were able to attend a presentation of the Chapon house and its specificities with its concept “Bean to Bar”, “from the bean to the tablet”, since the shop itself works its beans, controlling the ingredient and its flavors from the source to its final creations. This discovery was of course accompanied by the tasting of 3 products and a hot chocolate. The concept store Un dimanche à Paris was presented by Valentine Tibère; A unique space where chocolate is a real art of living!
